The fifth and last issue in the Kiewiczstein series I am writing is currently underway. I want to sell the series as a heroic chronicle by the issue, but also leaving the option to buy it all in one hardcover. The shortest issue is 41 pages and the longest is 52 pages. The greatest challenge in writing this series was developing all of the character arcs, which I have resolved in an outline of everything that is going to come down on paper. The rest of it will be daydreaming, using my senses, and concentrating along to the process of what it takes to write in iambic pentameter. Writing the last 30 pages will be walking the dog, and it's going to happen very soon.
I started writing this series in September of 2016, a few months before my band The Innards broke up. Needless to say, the book kept me very busy in my free moments for what either way be a hobby. I conceptualized the story before I started working for Tim Hortons, in the summer of 2007. Shortly after this period where I hit a peak in imagination (for which I would conceptualize the synopsis for 4 novels and 3 short stories), I hit a wall and my motivation and writing fell off where I did not pick up the pen again for a period of 5 years.
I want to share my first book, regardless that it is still being edited, to renew the interest of old readers and hopefully find new ones to engage too! I made a link for it under 'Things that I like' section. It's at the bottom of the list. **(edit. no longer available after June 23, 2019)
